You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coinbroka, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Qatar in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the [Qatar International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)] for the time being in force.
